Helen has a BSc (hons) in Psychology, an Integrative Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling, (CSAcc) and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, (HS Acc). She is currently studying for an Advanced Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Approaches to Psychotherapy and Counselling, (BABCP Acc).
Professional Memberships held: British Psychological Society, (BPS), Counselling Society, (MCS) and British
Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, (BABCP).
As members, practitioners are bound by the Societies’ Professional Codes of Ethics.
Helen has had many years experience working with children and families, including voluntary work supporting families under stress.
She has also been employed in the mental health field, working with adults and young people suffering from emotional and psychological disorders.

Ciaran has a MA in Existential Psychotherapy and a BA (honours) in philosophy. He is also trained in both Suicide Intervention and Mental Health First Aid, the latter of which Ciaran delivers training for across the country

Ciaran has had many years experience working with individuals in face to face counselling, within which he has formed a particular expertise in dealing with physical disability
Ciaran also has also been asked to deliver lectures and training on psychotherapy and disability, both separately and concurrently
